HVAC standards:

Carrier 12-SEER heat pump with Puron refrigerant

Carrier programmable thermostat

White aluminum adjustable registers

White aluminum stationary return air grills

Nutone LS Series exhaust fans

Most common options:

14-SEER upgrade: $5,000 to $10,000, depending on size and number of systems

Variable-speed air handling unit: $1,000 to $2,800

Zoning of system(s): $3,000 to $5,000

Electrostatic air cleaners: $400 to $800
